24 Jump Street is envisioned as the biggest and funniest entry in the franchise, expanding the undercover-cop concept to a global scale while keeping the heart of the series: the friendship between Schmidt and Jenko. The film balances outrageous comedy, large-scale action, and self-aware humor that pokes fun at sequels, reboots, and Hollywood franchises. Unlike the previous films, the story takes the characters beyond college campuses and into international undercover operations.
